By using AFICH, you agree to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, any event-specific rules shown during checkout, and any role-specific agreement that applies to your use of the service. AFICH provides technology for event discovery, ticket sales, ticket delivery, check-in, transfers, refunds, organizer dashboards, and related support. Event organizers remain responsible for their events, event descriptions, pricing, policies, venue rules, and legal duties unless AFICH expressly accepts a separate obligation in writing.
You must provide accurate account, contact, billing, and eligibility information and keep it current. You are responsible for activity under your account, including purchases, transfers, scanner activity, and organizer actions. AFICH may require email, phone, age, identity, security, or payment verification when needed to operate the service, prevent abuse, or satisfy legal or payment-provider requirements.
You may not share credentials, impersonate another person, create accounts to evade limits or enforcement, interfere with platform security, reverse engineer private APIs, abuse guest checkout, or use AFICH for fraud, harassment, spam, unlawful resale, money laundering, or other unlawful activity. Keep passwords, two-factor credentials, scanner devices, and organizer permissions secure.
AFICH is not directed to children under 13. You may use AFICH only if you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and can enter binding agreements. If you use AFICH for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization. AFICH may restrict or close accounts when eligibility, age, authority, or legal-capacity information appears inaccurate.
You may not use AFICH if doing so would violate sanctions, export-control rules, payment-provider restrictions, venue restrictions, or other applicable law. You may not use AFICH on behalf of a blocked person, sanctioned entity, or restricted jurisdiction when such use is prohibited by law or provider rules.
AFICH shows the ticket price, applicable fees, and available payment options before payment is submitted. Checkout uses an order snapshot so the amount charged must match the accepted checkout total. Prices, availability, fees, taxes, and event rules may change before checkout is completed. A ticket is issued only after AFICH or its payment provider confirms the transaction and the order is accepted.
Unless an event is configured differently, AFICH limits purchases to a maximum of 10 tickets per transaction and 4 tickets per user per event. AFICH may also apply rate limits, reCAPTCHA checks, guest-checkout controls, duplicate-account checks, device or scanner trust checks, fraud review, and organizer-specific limits. We may cancel, block, or review orders that appear to bypass fair-access controls.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe or other configured providers. AFICH stores payment references, checkout snapshots, refunds, disputes, settlement, and payout records needed to operate the platform and meet legal, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, and dispute obligations. AFICH does not store full card numbers when card collection remains hosted by the payment provider.
Promo codes, credits, gift cards, complimentary tickets, free claims, and waitlist offers are subject to their displayed terms, availability, eligibility, expiration, fraud checks, event capacity, and organizer or AFICH approval rules. AFICH may reject, reverse, or limit promotional benefits that appear duplicated, expired, transferred without permission, obtained through abuse, or used outside their stated scope.
Organizer subscriptions, paid plans, add-ons, and platform fees are governed by the plan terms shown at purchase or renewal and any applicable organizer agreement. Unless the checkout or plan terms say otherwise, recurring plans renew until canceled, failed payments may limit access to paid features, and plan changes may affect billing, feature availability, fees, taxes, and payout eligibility. Subscription refunds, credits, or proration are provided only when stated in the plan terms, required by law, or approved by AFICH.
A transfer is valid only when completed through AFICH-supported transfer flows and accepted under the applicable event rules. Screenshots, copied QR codes, printed duplicates, or informal sharing may fail at check-in because AFICH can rotate, revoke, or validate tickets through its ticketing systems.
Resale is permitted only when the event, local law, and AFICH-supported tools allow it. You may not use bots, scripts, bulk accounts, scraped inventory, misleading listings, or third-party resale practices that violate event rules, consumer-protection laws, or the FTC BOTS Act. AFICH may void or block tickets associated with prohibited resale activity.
Refund availability depends on the organizer's posted policy, event rules, payment-provider rules, and applicable law. AFICH may provide tools for organizers to issue refunds, but AFICH does not guarantee a refund unless required by the applicable policy, a specific AFICH commitment, or law.
If an event is canceled, postponed, materially changed, or abandoned, AFICH may help the organizer communicate with buyers and process available remedies through the platform. Timing and method may depend on organizer action, payment-provider processing, dispute status, and legal requirements.
If you dispute a charge, AFICH may share order, ticket, check-in, refund, communication, and fraud-prevention records with the payment provider, organizer, or lawful authority to resolve the dispute. Duplicate refunds, false disputes, or misuse of chargeback processes may result in account restrictions.
Organizers must provide accurate event details, pricing, capacity, ticket inventory, tax information, refund rules, venue requirements, accessibility information, and attendee notices. Organizers are responsible for permits, tax, consumer-protection, safety, age-restriction, music, licensing, sanctions, and venue obligations that apply to their events.
Organizers must honor posted policies, use AFICH check-in and refund tools responsibly, maintain scanner device security, and avoid creating misleading ticket availability or pricing. AFICH may preserve operational records needed for disputes, accounting, fraud review, and legal compliance.
Organizer payouts depend on the configured payment provider, verification status, banking availability, reserve or risk controls, refund or dispute exposure, and applicable law. AFICH may delay, hold, offset, or suspend payouts when provider status, fraud risk, disputes, sanctions, or legal obligations require it.
If you create, manage, publish, staff, scan, sell, refund, or receive payouts for events, the Organizer Agreement and event-specific settings also apply. If these Terms conflict with a signed or separately accepted organizer agreement, the more specific organizer agreement controls for organizer duties, payout terms, event operations, and platform fees, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
You may not use bots, scripts, browser automation, credential stuffing, CAPTCHA farms, bulk-account creation, or similar tools to purchase, reserve, transfer, scrape, or resell tickets. AFICH uses controls such as rate limits, reCAPTCHA, purchase caps, guest-checkout controls, fraud signals, audit logs, signed webhooks, and manual review, but no security control can guarantee prevention of all abuse.
AFICH may rate-limit requests, require verification, cancel or block orders, void or revoke tickets, disable scanner devices, restrict transfers, suspend or terminate accounts, delay or hold payouts, preserve evidence, notify organizers, or cooperate with law enforcement or regulators under valid process. Enforcement decisions may be based on account, transaction, device, IP, order, check-in, refund, dispute, or provider signals.
AFICH software, designs, trademarks, APIs, documentation, and platform content are owned by AFICH or its licensors. Event content, organizer marks, and uploaded media remain the responsibility of the organizer or uploader, who grants AFICH the rights needed to host, display, process, promote, and support the event through the service.
You may not upload, publish, list, message, or transmit content that is illegal, misleading, infringing, deceptive, hateful, violent, sexually exploitative, privacy-invasive, malware-related, or otherwise harmful. Event listings must not impersonate venues, artists, brands, sponsors, or other organizers without permission. AFICH may remove or restrict content, suspend events, disable sales, preserve evidence, or cooperate with takedown requests and lawful process when content appears to violate these Terms, provider rules, or law.
AFICH provides the platform using commercially reasonable care, but the service may experience downtime, provider outages, network failures, incorrect organizer content, event changes, fraud attempts, or payment-provider delays. To the extent permitted by law, AFICH is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.
Please contact AFICH support first so we can try to resolve the issue. Any dispute will be handled under the law and forum stated in the applicable AFICH agreement or, if no specific agreement applies, under the law and forum most closely connected to AFICH's operation of the service, unless a non-waivable consumer law gives you a different right. Arbitration, class-action waiver, jury-waiver, governing-law, or venue clauses should apply only when they are separately stated in an applicable AFICH agreement or legally required notice.
AFICH may update these Terms to reflect product, provider, legal, security, or operational changes. Material updates will be posted on the legal pages and, when appropriate, communicated through the service by email, SMS, push notification, in-app notice, or account notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. Marketing messages remain subject to separate consent and unsubscribe rules; transactional, security, ticket, refund, and legal notices may still be sent as needed to provide the service or comply with law.
Questions about these Terms or platform rules may be sent to AFICH.
