This Copyright and DMCA Policy applies to event listings, organizer profiles, uploaded media, flyers, marketing assets, reviews, messages, and other content made available through AFICH.
AFICH respects intellectual-property rights and expects users, organizers, affiliates, and staff users to do the same. AFICH may remove or restrict content, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, or take other action when content appears to infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights.
What this means: Do not upload or use content unless you own it, have permission, or have a valid legal basis to use it.
You are responsible for the content you upload, publish, generate, export, or send through AFICH, including event names, descriptions, logos, photographs, artwork, venue references, artist references, sponsor references, AI-generated flyers, affiliate materials, and marketing messages.
By providing content to AFICH, you represent that you have all rights, licenses, releases, and permissions needed for AFICH to host, display, process, promote, transmit, and support that content through the platform.
If you believe content on AFICH infringes your copyright, send a notice to:
Your notice should include: your name and contact information; identification of the copyrighted work; the AFICH URL or enough information to locate the allegedly infringing content; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner; and your physical or electronic signature.
AFICH may forward your notice to the user or organizer who posted the content.
If your content was removed because of a copyright complaint and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to copyright@afichtickets.com. A counter-notice should identify the removed content, state under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification, provide your contact information, consent to the jurisdiction required by the DMCA, and include your physical or electronic signature.
AFICH may restore the content if the complainant does not take timely legal action, where the law permits.
AFICH may terminate or restrict accounts that repeatedly infringe intellectual-property rights. AFICH may also reject abusive, false, automated, incomplete, or bad-faith notices and may take action against users who misuse the notice process.
Trademark, impersonation, publicity-right, privacy, or brand misuse complaints may be sent to legal@afichtickets.com. AFICH may act on those complaints under the Terms of Service, Organizer Agreement, Prohibited Events Policy, and this Policy.
