This Buyer Refund Policy explains when ticket buyers may be eligible for a refund, credit, or other remedy for tickets purchased through AFICH. AFICH is a technology platform that lets event organizers create, manage, promote, and sell tickets. Unless otherwise stated, the event organizer is responsible for the event, admission rules, cancellation decisions, postponements, and event-specific refund terms. AFICH provides the platform, checkout, ticket delivery, support tools, and refund processing infrastructure where applicable.
Before you complete a ticket purchase, AFICH shows the applicable event refund policy, the ticket price, mandatory fees, taxes where applicable, and the final total price. The refund policy shown at checkout is saved as a policy snapshot for your order. If an organizer later changes the event's refund policy, that later change will not reduce the refund rights that applied to your purchase at the time you bought your ticket.
Some tickets may be marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Refundable.” If a ticket is marked Final Sale, you generally will not be eligible for a refund unless: the event is cancelled; applicable law requires a refund; the organizer approves a refund; AFICH determines that a platform, payment, or ticketing error occurred; or another exception stated in this policy applies.
If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, buyers will generally be eligible for a refund of the ticket price and refundable fees, subject to applicable law, payment-processor rules, and the event-specific refund policy. AFICH may process refunds to the original payment method where technically available. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, card network, bank, or financial institution.
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket may remain valid for the new date, time, or venue. Depending on the event policy and applicable law, you may be offered one or more of the following: keep your ticket for the new date; request a refund within a stated deadline; receive credit for a future event by the same organizer; or receive another remedy approved by the organizer or required by law. If a refund-request deadline applies, AFICH or the organizer will communicate it through the platform, email, or another reasonable notice method.
If only part of an event is cancelled, or if there is a material change to the event, venue, date, time, lineup, access level, seating area, or advertised benefits, refund eligibility will depend on the nature of the change, the event-specific policy, applicable law, and the organizer's decision. Examples may include cancellation of a specific performer or segment, change of venue, a significant time change, removal of a VIP benefit, seating or zone reassignment, or capacity or access restrictions. AFICH may require the organizer to provide a reasonable remedy where required by law or platform policy.
If you can no longer attend an event, your eligibility for a refund depends on the refund policy shown at checkout. To request a refund, go to your AFICH account, open your order, and select “Request Refund,” if available. You may be asked to provide a reason and supporting details. Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval. Requests may be approved, denied, or partially approved based on the event policy, ticket status, organizer approval, applicable law, and AFICH platform rules.
A ticket is generally not eligible for a refund if: it has already been scanned or used for entry; it was transferred to another person and accepted; it was revoked due to fraud, misuse, chargeback abuse, or violation of AFICH policies; or the event has already occurred and no valid exception applies. AFICH may deny or hold a refund request if fraud, duplicate use, suspicious activity, or policy abuse is detected.
AFICH platform and ticketing service fees are non-refundable except where an event is cancelled, applicable law requires otherwise, or AFICH determines a platform error occurred. The refundability of the organizer's ticket price, taxes, and other charges may vary by event, jurisdiction, payment-processor rules, and applicable law. Before checkout, AFICH discloses the total price and applicable fees; where a fee is non-refundable, AFICH will make reasonable efforts to disclose that before purchase. If applicable law requires a fee, tax, or charge to be refunded, AFICH will follow applicable law.
If you believe there is an issue with your ticket purchase, please contact AFICH support or submit a refund request before filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. If you file a chargeback, AFICH may pause refund processing while the payment dispute is pending. AFICH may provide order records, ticket records, refund-policy snapshots, check-in logs, communications, and other evidence to the payment processor, bank, or card network.
Organizers are responsible for accurately describing their events, honoring the refund policy shown to buyers, communicating cancellations or changes, and cooperating with refund, dispute, and chargeback investigations. AFICH may hold organizer payouts, restrict organizer access, require corrective action, or take other platform enforcement steps if an organizer fails to honor applicable refund obligations.
If AFICH determines that a platform error, duplicate charge, ticket-issuance failure, or payment-processing issue occurred, AFICH may issue a refund, partial refund, credit, replacement ticket, or another appropriate remedy.
Approved refunds are generally sent back to the original payment method when available. Processing times may vary depending on Stripe, card networks, banks, and other financial institutions. AFICH does not control how long your bank or card issuer takes to post the refunded amount after the refund is initiated.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection, ticketing, payment, or other laws. If this policy conflicts with applicable law, the law will control to the extent of the conflict.
For refund questions, open your AFICH account, go to your order, and select “Request Refund,” or contact AFICH Support.
