Version 1.0 | Effective July 17, 2026 | Controlling language: English
These AI and Generated Content Terms apply when AFICH provides AI-assisted tools, generated flyers, marketing suggestions, event insights, content templates, copy suggestions, image generation, or similar automated features.
You are responsible for prompts, instructions, uploaded files, brand assets, photographs, logos, event data, and other inputs you provide to AI tools. You are also responsible for reviewing and approving outputs before publishing, sending, downloading, exporting, or using them.
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to third-party content, or unsuitable for your event, jurisdiction, audience, brand, or legal obligations.
What this means: AI can help create materials, but you must check them before use.
You must have the rights needed to upload or use all input materials and to use the resulting output. Do not submit confidential information, protected health information, payment card data, government IDs, private attendee lists, sensitive personal data, or third-party content unless you have the right and a valid reason to do so.
You may not use AFICH AI tools to create or distribute illegal, deceptive, infringing, defamatory, privacy-invasive, discriminatory, sexually exploitative, hateful, violent, impersonating, malware-related, or otherwise harmful content. You may not use AI tools to evade platform rules, create fake reviews, fabricate endorsements, mislead buyers, impersonate artists or venues, or generate content for prohibited events.
AI outputs are not legal, tax, financial, medical, safety, security, or professional advice. Event, tax, refund, accessibility, insurance, licensing, and safety decisions remain your responsibility.
AI features may depend on third-party providers and may be unavailable, rate-limited, blocked, filtered, or modified. AFICH may log operational metadata, prompts, inputs, outputs, and error signals as described in the Privacy Policy and applicable product notices to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and enforce the service.
AFICH may reject prompts, block generation, remove outputs, disable AI features, restrict accounts, preserve evidence, or cooperate with lawful requests when AI use appears risky, unlawful, abusive, or inconsistent with AFICH policies.
