Version 1.0 | Effective July 17, 2026 | Controlling language: English
These Affiliate and Promoter Terms apply when a user, organizer, promoter, creator, partner, or affiliate uses AFICH tools to promote events, create affiliate links, receive tracking credit, or earn referral or promotional compensation.
Affiliates and promoters are independent participants. They are not employees, agents, brokers, payment processors, or legal representatives of AFICH unless a separate written agreement says so.
AFICH may approve, deny, suspend, or terminate affiliate access at any time for fraud, legal risk, brand risk, payment risk, policy violations, or inactive or abusive use.
If you receive or may receive compensation, credit, free access, discounts, commissions, perks, or other benefits for promoting an event or AFICH, you must clearly and conspicuously disclose that relationship where you promote the event.
Disclosures must be placed where users will see them before acting on the promotion. Hidden, unclear, buried, or after-the-click disclosures are not enough.
What this means: If you may get paid or rewarded for a link, say so clearly.
You may not use misleading claims, fake scarcity, fake endorsements, impersonation, undisclosed sponsorships, spam, purchased contact lists, bots, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, malware, unauthorized ads using third-party marks, illegal giveaways, deceptive urgency, or any promotion that violates law, platform rules, event rules, payment-provider rules, or the Prohibited Events Policy.
Commissions, referral credits, or other rewards are earned only when AFICH records a valid qualifying transaction under the program rules shown in the product or a separate agreement. AFICH may reverse, withhold, offset, or claw back rewards tied to refunds, chargebacks, fraud, self-referrals, duplicate attribution, policy violations, canceled events, test orders, suspicious traffic, or payment-provider reversals.
AFICH records are the controlling source for attribution unless a separate signed agreement states otherwise.
Affiliates and promoters are responsible for their own taxes, forms, registrations, permits, accounting, and reporting. AFICH or its payment provider may request tax information before paying rewards and may withhold or delay payment when required by law, provider rules, or risk controls.
You may use AFICH-provided links, badges, and approved materials only to promote eligible events or AFICH services. You may not register domains, social handles, ads, or keywords that imply you are AFICH or that use AFICH marks in a confusing or unauthorized way.
AFICH may remove links, cancel attribution, hold or reverse rewards, restrict accounts, preserve evidence, notify organizers, or cooperate with regulators or law enforcement under valid process.
The English-language version is the official and controlling text. Localized versions are provided for convenience only.
