Version 1.0 | Effective July 17, 2026 | Controlling language: English
AFICH aims to make its public website, checkout, ticketing, organizer, and scanner experiences usable and accessible. AFICH also recognizes that event accessibility depends heavily on organizers, venues, staffing, seating, local law, and event operations.
AFICH works to support accessible user experiences through readable content, keyboard-friendly controls where practical, semantic interfaces, responsive layouts, and ongoing review of key flows. Accessibility is an ongoing process, not a one-time guarantee.
If you experience an accessibility issue on the AFICH platform, contact accessibility@afichtickets.com or support@afichtickets.com with the page, assistive technology used if relevant, and the issue encountered.
Organizers are responsible for the accessibility of their events, venues, seating, entry, staff instructions, age checks, security procedures, refunds, accommodations, and event communications. Organizers must provide accurate accessibility information and must not misrepresent accessible seating, entry, parking, companion seating, interpreter availability, sensory accommodations, or venue limitations.
Where applicable law requires accommodations, organizers are responsible for receiving, evaluating, and honoring accommodation requests for their events. AFICH may help route buyer communications or operational records, but AFICH is not the venue operator or event operator unless a separate written agreement says so.
Organizers must configure accessible ticket types, seating areas, venue maps, capacity, companion seats, and notices accurately where those features are used. If an event changes venue, seating, timing, or access conditions in a way that affects accessibility, the organizer must promptly notify affected buyers and provide remedies required by law or policy.
