Version 1.0 | Effective July 17, 2026 | Controlling language: English
These Developer and API Terms apply to public APIs, private APIs, webhooks, API keys, access tokens, integrations, exports, automation, and developer tools made available by AFICH.
API or integration access is provided only for approved platform use and may be limited, changed, suspended, or revoked at any time for security, reliability, legal, payment, privacy, or abuse-prevention reasons.
You must keep API keys, webhook secrets, access tokens, scanner credentials, and integration credentials confidential and secure. You may not share credentials, publish them, embed them in public client code, sell them, or allow unauthorized users to access them.
You must promptly notify security@afichtickets.com if credentials are lost, exposed, misused, or suspected to be compromised.
You may not use APIs or integrations to scrape, harvest, resell, enrich, or broker personal data; bypass purchase limits or access controls; interfere with AFICH systems; reverse engineer private APIs; overload the service; automate prohibited ticketing activity; spam users; or violate law, payment-provider rules, event rules, or AFICH policies.
You may access and use data only for the approved purpose and only for accounts, organizations, events, orders, tickets, or attendees you are authorized to access. You must delete or return exported data when no longer needed or when your access ends, subject to legal retention duties.
You are responsible for validating webhook signatures, handling retries idempotently, protecting endpoints, and ensuring your integration does not create duplicate actions, incorrect refunds, false scans, broken communications, or security exposure.
AFICH may modify APIs, fields, limits, event schemas, authentication methods, endpoints, webhooks, or developer tools. AFICH may provide notice for material changes when practical, but does not guarantee backward compatibility for private, beta, internal, or security-sensitive APIs.
The English-language version is the official and controlling text. Localized versions are provided for convenience only.
